What you’ll learn
- They can make PLC logics
- They can wite the PLC with sensors and actuators
- They can design their own trainer and start programming it
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of digital electronics
- Understanding of voltage and current
- PLC Simulator required – included in the course
Description
This course is especially for beginners who want to start learning PLC from scratch. The lessons are structured from basic to mid-advanced levels. The students get a free PLC simulator to practice their logic. The instructor is using Delta DVP12SE PLC for making lessons along with FACTORY I/O software for explanations. The course has been structured into the following main topics:
- Understanding PLC Fundamentals
- Understanding relay logic fundamentals
- Understanding boolean logic
- PLC wiring with Allen Bradley and Delta PLC
- PLC Programming with Delta PLC
- Application Example algorithm using PLC
The PLC which is used to make the lessons is Delta DVP 12SE. The students do not need to have this PLC and lessons can be practiced via PLC Simulation software i.e. ISP Soft. This software can be downloaded for free from the delta website.
Several exercises are solved in the course and these exercises can be downloaded for free to practice the plc logic.
The students can utilize the knowledge gained in this course in their science projects and the instructor is always available to solve their queries related to the course. This course is not entirely in Hindi but Hindi + English as there are specific terms that cannot be converted to Hindi. The instructor has wide experience in teaching PLC for more than 10 years.
